Treasure hunting, vintage finds, and one-of-a-kind collectables await! ✨

Take your time exploring our shelves packed with nostalgia and hidden gems. Then why not make a day of it and stop by the Cotton Café for a bite to eat, a coffee, or a slice of cake? ☕🍰

We’re open 9.30am–5pm today, with the café serving delicious food from 9.30am–3pm and coffee and cakes available until 4pm.

Come for the treasures, stay for the treats!

Do you love books? 📚

Yeah? Here's a few reasons why we think buying secondhand books is the way forward:

📕 Save landfill - and if you love the book, keep the cycle going and pass it on to a friend for them to enjoy, too!
📘 That ‘old book smell’ (if you’re into that, but don’t worry we have lots of newer secondhand books too)
📙 Find editions that aren’t available anymore, or maybe ones that you didn't even know existed
📗 Feel a connection to the previous reader (stories are meant to be shared!)

We have LOTS of book stalls here at Bygone Times. Come and see for yourself, it's a no brainer!

💳 It's just a one-off charge of £2.50 on your first visit. It takes just seconds to purchase, then you have a membership keyring that grants you free visits for life!

ℹ️ Pick up a Visitor Information leaflet on your way in to help you easily find our facilities and important places during your visit.

🔍 We are antiques and collectables specialists! However, we have so much more than that. Anything you see on your way around that you'd like to buy, just bring to the sales desk to pay for.

☕ We have an on-site cafe for drinks, snacks and food. Did you know that ALL of our cakes and sweet treats are made daily from scratch in our bakery?
