👻How CUTE are these friendly ghosts?👻

Join us to handbuild your own friendly ghost on Thursday 1st October at 6pm. The workshop will be lead by Rhi one of our lovely tutors so no experience is needed to take part in this class! The cost of this class is £33.00pp and you will have your creation in time to display for Halloween!

🎃Pumpkin Fairy House🎃

Join us on Saturday 3rd October 10am-2pm to hand craft your very own pumpkin fairy house!

What does this workshop include…

🧚🏻spend 4 hours learning how to pinchpot and sculpt your fairy house.

🧚🏻whimsical fairy cakes and tea and coffee.

🧚🏻return session to come and glaze your masterpiece.

How will the workshop day run…

Spend the first part of the workshop crafting your clay pumpkin with expert guidance and tuition. Refreshment break. Stage two is to learn how to turn your masterpiece into a beautiful house for our fairy friends adorning your piece with applied decoration to bring it to life. No experience is needed to take part in this workshop you will be lead step by step through this process to make a piece you will be proud of. At the end of the workshop we will carefully dry and bisque fire your pieces. Once this process has taken place we will invite you back to the studio to glaze your work.

Today we celebrate our amazing member Jo! She is a one of a kind artist and makes the most incredible things. If you come to our studio people will often comment on her pieces and she is like a studio celebrity! We love you Jo keep up the wonderful potting. 🫶🏻🏺❤️

Last week we were invited by New Forest Potters to run a wheel throwing class! We had an amazing time teaching you all. Thank you for having us Kels and the New Forest Potters. We cannot wait to reunite you with your amazing clay creations. 🏺❤️

🏺CLAY CLUB 🏺

A trio of fabulous plates made by Megan at last terms clay club!

Are you a creative looking for a pottery studio to do some making? We offer a weekly session 5.30pm-8pm on Wednesday evenings. These drop in style sessions are designed for those that have some experience working with clay and would like to join a like minded creative community!

The Clay Club runs in 6 week terms costing £180.00 per person. Materials are charged for separately after firing at £6.00 per kilo.

🏺KIDS POTTERY WHEEL🏺

What’s included…

⭐️1 hour pottery wheel class with one of our tutors on 25th August 10am-11am.
⭐️2 pots to keep! These will be glazed and fired in a colour of your child’s choice.

T&Cs
Each child will have their own wheel for the full class. Maximum group size is 6 children. Suitable for ages 6yrs+. 50% deposit taken on booking. We operate a 7 day cancellation policy for our classes. Pottery will be ready to collect from our studio 6 weeks after this event.

🎂🥳 5 YEARS OLD🥳🎂🎉

Guys! I actually can’t believe I have been The Touring Potter for 5 whole years! Come and Join us for a little open studio celebration on Saturday 12th September the studio doors will be open 10am-4pm so pop in and say hello. We will have free activities, pottery sale and plenty of refreshments! We would love to see you all old faces or new to chat all things pottery past or future!
