Hello you lovely lot.
I’m looking for a few more people to come and experience a Soul Retrieval session with me in Cleethorpes.
(Only 2 spaces left)

Soul Retrieval is a deeply personal shamanic practice, and if you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, like a part of you is missing, or simply feel called to explore this work, you may be curious to see whether a session feels right for you.

Sessions take place in my cabin in Cleethorpes.

I currently have availability most Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, with appointments at 10am or 2pm.

There is no charge for the case study session. The only commitment is to complete a feedback form afterwards, which is required as part of my qualification.

You don’t need to know whether Soul Retrieval is right for you before getting in touch. We can simply have a chat, I can explain a little more about what’s involved, and we can see together whether it feels like the right thing for you at this point in your journey.

There’s absolutely no pressure or expectation to book.

There are moments in this work that stop me in my tracks.
Moments when I sit quietly afterwards and think…
This. This is why I do this.

Recently, after a shamanic soul retrieval session, my client shared some words with me that I honestly don’t think I’ll ever forget.
She told me:

“I felt completely relaxed and safe.”
“I feel like I have returned home.”

For decades, she has lived with body dysmorphia and the weight of an endless stream of “I should be.........”
And then she said:

“A million ‘I shoulds’ — all just gone.”
“The level of acceptance I have all at once is so mind-boggling.”
“All the self-hatred and low self-worth has just been replaced with a quiet peace.”
“All the mental load and negative voices are all just GONE.”

And then came the words that made me smile, because sometimes the simplest description says everything:
“Body acceptance is a language I NEVER thought I would learn. It’s like I’ve woken up and can speak fluent Japanese!”

Wow.

I don’t take moments like this lightly.
I know that one session doesn’t define someone’s journey, and I would never claim that this work is a replacement for medical or psychological support.

But what I can do is create a space where someone feels safe.
A space where they can put down, even for a little while, the expectations, the shoulds, the noise, the judgement…
…and reconnect with themselves.
And sometimes, in that reconnection, something shifts.
Something softens.
Something that has been lost, forgotten or pushed away can begin to feel close again.
And perhaps that is what “coming home” really feels like.
Not becoming someone different.
But remembering the person who was there all along.

This is why I do this work.
Because witnessing someone look at themselves with a little more kindness…
feeling a little more whole…
breathing a little more freely…
and discovering a quiet peace where there was once so much noise…
is an absolute privilege.
And I will never, ever take that privilege for granted.

There’s something incredibly special about watching someone discover their own creative voice.
Today’s dot mandala workshop filled my heart with joy.
These wonderful ladies have come such a long way. They’re no longer looking to me for every colour choice or wondering what pattern they should create. They’re beginning to trust their own instincts.
Choosing their own colourways.
Playing with different patterns.
Adding their own design elements.
And, most importantly, creating pieces that feel uniquely theirs.
And this is exactly why I fecking teach.
I don’t want to create a room full of copies of my work. I want to give people the skills, confidence and space to discover what their creativity looks like.
For me, dot mandala art is so much more than putting dots onto a surface. It’s about slowing down, getting lost in the rhythm of the patterns, finding a little stillness, and allowing something beautiful to emerge, one dot at a time.
To see these ladies now making their own creative decisions, experimenting and trusting themselves makes me ridiculously happy. 🥰
Because somewhere along the way, they’ve gone from “Can I do this?” to “I wonder what happens if I try this…”
And that, right there, is the magic. 🪄
So proud of you all. Keep exploring. Keep experimenting. Keep creating.
And keep following your own dots. 🩵
