Is anyone looking for an office space to rent ?

We have relocated and are tied into our lease until March 2027 so looking to sublet.

This premises is approx 1000sqft.

There may be an option to renew the lease at the end of the contract.

Available immediately

I will be taking photos tomorrow so let me know if you are interested and I can send them over.

You will be subletting off of us rather than the landlord direct but all terms in our contract must be followed which can be discussed at a later date.

£1800 pcm (all bills included) rent, water, electric, gas, communal rent, landlord building insurance and business rates.

A safety damage deposit will be required which will be returned at the end of the lease.
