🌿 A little Twig update…

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently, but I promise I’ve still been busy behind the scenes!

I’ve had such a lovely week making these three gorgeous large pots, which were packed up and posted today. 📦✨

I absolutely loved putting these colours together — soft neutrals with those deeper, moodier tones, and a little bit of colour running through each one. They look so lovely together as a trio.

Every Twig pot is made by me, by hand, using recycled cotton yarn. I love that I get to play around with colour combinations and create pieces that are completely at home in someone’s space — hopefully bringing a little bit of joy along with their plants. 🌿

And dare I say it… the Christmas build-up is starting! 🎄

I’m already looking forward to a busy few weeks of making, packing orders and getting lots of colourful Twig pots ready to become Christmas presents.

So if you’ve been quietly thinking about a Twig pot for someone (or perhaps yourself 👀), now might be a good time to start thinking about it!

Three years ago, I lost my mum to cancer.

It’s still hard to put into words just how much she meant to me. She was my best friend, my safe place, the person I’d call every day to share all the little moments and talk through all the tough times with. She had this incredible gift of making people smile and laugh, even when life was really tough.

This year I’ve decided to take part in the Shine Night Walk around Bristol, Friday 9th October at 7:30pm, walking 10k through the city in her memory while raising money for Cancer Research UK.

Every step will be for Mum, and for every family who has had to hear the words “it’s cancer.” 💜

If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I’d be so grateful. Every penny helps fund research that gives hope to families facing cancer now and in the future.

Also if you’d like to join me on the walk you can still apply. It would be lovely to walk with a few people 😊

Summer evenings in my garden sanctuary 🍃🌸🌼

It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Honestly, life has thrown a lot at me this year. I’ve been taking some time to make sense of it all, juggle motherhood and my new role . Think I’m doing alright 🙃 well most days anyway.

I’ve missed you all on here. This space has always made me feel supported and I’m forever grateful to you all being on this Twig journey with me. Some of you for 7 years now - Wowsers!

I’m still here making my colourful cotton pots and really enjoying being a part of the wonderful .co this past year. Looking forward to seeing some of you at the (dare I say) winter markets.

Hope you’ve got some lovely sunny plans over the bank holiday and next week. I’m going to lay back and smell the roses 😋 enjoy the sun everyone ☀️ x

Grey skies, endless rain… no thank you! But your home doesn’t need to match. How about a pop of colour 🌈✨

At this time of year, when everything outside feels a little muted, I love the idea of bringing colour into our homes. A pop of brightness on a shelf. A cheerful corner by the window. A plant sitting proudly in something that makes you smile.

Colour is such a beautiful way to express yourself. Soft and subtle? Go for calming tones. Bright and playful? Turn the dial up. Or why not go completely wild 🌈

Your home should feel like you — full of personality, warmth and joy.

Happy Christmas everyone 🎄

Hope you had a lovely time whatever you were doing. With Esme at 3.5 years old now it’s the first year that’s been purely magical seeing the season build up through her eyes. Super special!

As you know all my pots are made by hand. To make sure you receive your pot in time for the big day think ahead to avoid disappointment. Also helps me not running around like a headless chicken 🐓 🙃

Please place all your orders by Wednesday 17th December (that’s a week today!) This allows me the time to get them made and in the post by Friday 19th 🎁

Everything is handmade + hand-packed with care, and the earlier you order, the safer it is.

I can’t wait to be this Sunday (14th December) — my last market of the year.

If you’ve been waiting to see the cotton pots in person, choose your colours, and pick up some gifts — this is your moment!

Expect a large range of my handmade recycled cotton pots (some bespoke colourways, not online) plus lush houseplant pals to choose from. I’ll also be bringing some Christmas snowflake tree decorations made from offcuts and lots of festive cheer 🧑‍🎄
