Hi all,

Regarding recent enquiries relating to “back garden” 45m² or smaller modular homes, LGS Modular plan to introduce a standard range of modern, high-quality modular home solutions.

We are currently awaiting Government guidance and legislative clarification to ensure every modular home supplied is fully compliant with all current Irish building regulations and standards.

Final specifications and pricing will reflect these compliance requirements once formally confirmed.

This weekend we provided our local club CLG An Droim Mór Naomh Damhnait - Dromore GFC with this cutom made open sided container to house media and commentary for the Ulster Club u16 spirit of Paul Mcgirr final. Congratulations to both teams on putting on a fantastic game in terrible conditions. An excellent Burren team just edging out a spirited Bellaghy.

We recently assembled, fitted out delivered and installed this 20ft x 8ft security hut to Abbey retail park Newtownabbey to our valued client the unit is a Ctx classic line insulated anti vandal unit.

Complete with fitted out toilet, kitchenette and office area. We added further lighting, power and data as instructed.

The unit is a ‘plug & play’ so it’s ready to go once delivered! A very simple, practical cost effective solution.
