As it is throwback Thursday here I am aged 2 or 3 in a vintage van that dad must of bought home from work or perhaps a colleague of his came round with it, dad had just started his career with Castrol I think and we lived in Scotter, Lincolnshire at the time, I actually sort of remember sitting there as that photo was being taken.

Good morning, happy Thursday!

I had a little visitor yesterday, I went outside to check my mail box and Rosie must of stealthily sneaked inside whilst I was grabbing the mail!
She was hiding behind an arm chair but I saw her tail! When I asked her what she was doing she came out to inspect the rocking chair, when she realised there was no room to sleep she shot up the stairs all the way to the second floor before deciding actually no I want to be outside in the sunshine 🌞🤣

So last week I did my first work out in 7 weeks after carpal tunnel surgery, it was tough, my left hand isn’t quite at full strength yet, I dropped the weight right down to 12kg and got on with some swinging as that was easier on the hand, my poor muscles didn’t know what had happened the next day lol 🤣
I wanted to get another workout in last weekend but I ended up with a nasty stomach bug 🤮
I have managed a full workout this morning though and I’m feeling pretty good 🥰 I will build myself back up over the next few weeks and start lifting heavier again. 💪🏻
Moral of the story is consistency, take little steps each day and keep working towards your goal no matter what that is, start today you can do this! 👊
