Can you relate?

I personally love having work in galleries and shops, yes they understandably take commission but is great getting surprise money each month when something has sold. It gives you a little creative boost each time! It is also great PR, getting you seen in areas which you can’t always cover.

So yes it is all work and it all counts. Have a great weekend everyone X

I’m very happy to say, these two original paintings sold at the weekend. One to a collector who has just had a Granddaughter with “Wren” as her middle name. I love helping customers and hearing the back stories to their purchases. 🙏 Thank you hall with all the weather against you it was a great show.

I am now back to drawing and playing with new ideas as the Christmas fairs are looming. X

A quick reminder my work is still on display The Gallery today until Saturday 12th. It is the Maldon Art Trail this weekend and the gallery’s second birthday, so lots to celebrate. Everyone welcome, pop along and have a look.

My original watercolour painting of “Blue Vase” has now sold thanks to The Gallery. You can view other original paintings of mine there until 12th September. Open from 10.00-4pm. The gallery is also taking part in the Maldon Art Trail 11th, 12th, 13th September and is number 4 on the route. Lots of other galleries and artist are taking part, so go and check it out.

After a very nice Summer break and studio declutter, I have been busy prepping new work this week. I am excited to say, I will be featuring in the window of The Gallery for the next two weeks. More photos to come but do call in if you are in the area.

Hello. I am sorry to say, due to a medical appointment for the gallery owner, the Wonky wheel gallery have had to cancel my demonstration tomorrow. Apologies if you were hoping to come along. My work will be available from to see until 16th August. X

I’m a bit late posting this but I wanted to add it to my grid. Had a fun day on Saturday at the Wivenhoe regatta. I shared a stall with an old friend , with whom I went to Wi******er school of Art. It was great to catch up with her, watch the beautiful boats and rafts and to chat to customers. The event was packed with people enjoying the day. X

Well it was a hot one, but we all had a good time on day 1 of the Prestige County Events craft show . Thank you to everyone who stopped at my stand, chatted and bought from me.

It is again today 10-5pm. Ingatestone hall is such a beautiful setting with over 100 Artisan makers, craft demonstrations, workshops and live music. Tickets available from Prestige County Events. A perfect temperature for a visit today. X
