Finally! 🎉 The roadworks have eased and Blackberry Road & Peartree Road are open again.

It’s been a long five weeks, temporary lights remain for now, but Slumbers is fully accessible as normal.

The roadworks are doing a fantastic job of making James wonder whether anyone remembers he’s actually here… 😂

The Fiveways junction is currently closed, which means there’s no access to us from Blackberry Road / Peartree Road.

But don’t let the ROAD CLOSED signs fool you — Slumbers is OPEN and you can still get to us! 🙌

🚗 To reach us:
Come via London Road, turn into Straight Road, then into Dugard Avenue and you can reach us from there.

So if you’re thinking about a new bed or mattress, pop in, have a browse and say hello. There’s absolutely no pressure and no pushy sales — just plenty of mattresses to try and friendly, honest advice.

And, more importantly… you’ll give James something to do. 😂😂

From Monday 20th July, the Fiveways Junction near our showroom is having a bit of a makeover.

By makeover, we mean roadworks, temporary traffic lights 🚦 and the sort of queues that give you enough time to listen to an entire podcast. 🎧

The good news is... you don't have to join them. 🙌

If you're coming to see us, we'd recommend taking this route instead:

➡️ Come off the A12
➡️ Continue along London Road
➡️ Turn right into Straight Road
➡️ Turn right onto Dugard Avenue
➡️ Follow the signs into Peartree Business Centre

🚗 You'll avoid the worst of the traffic and arrive with your patience still intact.

🗺️ We've attached a handy map to make it even easier.

Our showroom is open as usual, parking is still available, and we're ready to help you find the perfect foundation for a better night's sleep. 🛏️

Just allow a few extra minutes for your journey if you're travelling our way.
