Not entirely food related, but just wanted to give a massive shout out to my boy Oshi Adey who graduated from Warwick Uni this week with a First Class BSc Hons degree 🥰
He's been my biggest cheerleader since I did my very first catering job back in 2019 and has stepped up to help with so many events and jobs over the years. I'm gutted to be losing his calm and efficient help here when things get chaotic.. but unbelievably excited for him to move on to his next chapter. I have absolutely no doubt he's going to ace it whatever the future brings for him! 🥂

Lovely day retreat up at Llanelian yesterday.. sound bath, yoga, sauna, cold water dipping and of course food by me! 😁
Guests had a lovely blue spirulina chia pot on arrival and a full-on Greek feast in the lunchtime sun 😎
