You Bring the Sun Out. Oil and Cold Wax on Canvas. 40 x 40 cm. The exhibition in Lyme went well. Thank you to those who bought my art. I hope they give you a lot of joy. This one is the first in a series of smaller pieces ready to add to a future project. It was a pleasure to be able to paint again in normal temperatures.

Aren’t We Lucky. Oil and Cold Wax on Canvas. 50 x 50 x4cm. I was trying to capture the heat of the day. I’m not a lover of the heat. All windows and doors open trying to create a through draught. It kind of worked. Cooler now so off to the allotment to do some watering.

Between the Moon and the Tide. Oil and Cold Wax on Canvas. 70 x 70 x 4cm. Painted to the slow pulse and drifting atmosphere of Pink Floyd, this oil on canvas becomes an emotional seascape rather than a literal one born from sound as much as sight, l like the way it feels like it was pulled straight from the depths of a drifting, dreamlike state. I suppose it was really.
