Slate River

🌟 Two of these quality special slates completed recently on the extra large 500mm x 250mm. Featuring a requested section of a section of the River Derwent with red kite, a kingfisher, tawny owl and otters....aswell as grayling, trout, sea trout and salmon. 🌟

These make lovely gifts for anyone who knows our lovely Derwent Valley. All designs are completely original.

I can adjust images as required and also focus on a certain stretch of the river. Please message if you'd like one of these or have something in mind.

🌟 Another original!🌟

Im really pleased with how this special Derwent Valley design turned out. The request was to include local wildlife and a Red Kite. This one is on the large 500x250mm slate and went out with 2 coasters.

Well, I just wouldn't feel right if I didn't put some fish on here at an early stage!

My designing started with my love of fishing and probably moreso the river and its wildlife which ive spent so much time around.

I've been doing quite a few slates for fishing friends and members of the Derwent Angling Association who do a sterling job of looking after and managing a lot of the river Derwent.

These detailed designs on 300x120mm slate are available at £18 each.

Another one I did last week of Allensford to Shotley on 500x250mm slate.

This one features an old picture looking downstream of the bridge and pool at Shotley. The footpaths along the river are marked clearly and like all of my maps, are all to scale.

Also 2 favourite stop offs while walking the river are also marked on....Allensford cafe and the Crown and Crossed Swords!😋

This slate was sold for £45 and can be reproduced, if youd like one. Thanks for looking.

Some 300x120mm slate engravings of the Derwent Valley featuring detailed images of some well known places along the course of the river Derwent.
