Job is based in Cramlington Nelson Industrial Estate

As Floorscope continues to expand, we are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our busy and dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changing priorities.

🔔 Key Responsibilities: 🔔

-Planning and coordinating daily operations
-Managing schedules and administrative tasks
-Communicating confidently with site teams and customers
-Responding proactively to changing requirements and deadlines
-Supporting the wider team to ensure projects run smoothly

💥 The Ideal Candidate Will: 💥

-Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-Be confident communicating with both customers and site teams
-Work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances
-Have strong administrative and computer skills
-Have experience within the construction or flooring industry (desirable)
-Have experience working within the new-build sector (advantageous)
