This shop is for you if you love nature, beautiful natural and unique things made by hand. My shop was founded in 2014; initially it was established on the internet as a wool shop. It has now grown and expended into a larger project and in May 2015 transformed into a workshop selling, only animal or plant based products: yarns of wool, cotton or linen and toys which of course are made from natural

wood. Almost all of the items, cannot be found in the shops on the high street our cities and towns. The origins of my main sources are Great Brittan and Poland countries which, I am related to by the strongest connection, love.

Our Story

Our family business (Myself Lusia & my wonderful daughter Gosia) was founded in 2014; initially established as an online wool shop. Due to growth & plans of expansion, in May 2015 we transformed into a lovely shop based at East Carlton Country Park selling animal & plant-based products: merino wool, yarns of wool, cotton & linen as well as toys made from natural wood.

It soon turned out that our merino wool was our most popular product, a firm favourite with fibre artists, needle felters & wet felters and by those who began to discover the beauty of giant knitwear, either with big knitting needles or the craft of arm knitting. So, our focus switched to mainly supplying Merino wool & yarn.

Our unspun wool is made of 100% natural fibre from free-range sheep bred in a clean local area in the Carpathian Mountains in Poland. There is no air, water or soil contamination and the wool fibres are treated during production with minimal chemicals. With no added synthetics, our wools natural quality is preserved by specially and carefully dying it, maintaining excellent felting and fine spinning properties. Our 28-30 microns wool tops are great to work with, perfect for both wet and needle felting, as well as carding and embellishing - they have so many other craft and hobby uses. Our giant merino is perfect for chunky, big or arm knitting to create luxuriously soft blankets and more.

As things go sometimes, we made the decision to switch back to online only in 2017 and have since built up our woolly empire, selling direct on our website, Amazon, Etsy and eBay.
