We watched this custom board come alive from the shaping bay to glassing, through a resin tint mixed with Cornish sand for that sun‑worn warmth. Every curve and foam choice was tuned to the break it’s built for, so it paddles with purpose and rides like home. Seeing it cut the line at Newquay made the whole process worth it.

What an enjoyable delivery day with the most beautiful backdrop for The Man Up & Down 2026 Trail Event with  

It was an absolute honour to stand at the finish line and watch every competitor dig deep, cross the line, and receive their handcrafted medals - with the winners proudly collecting their bespoke trophies 🏆
