It feels like autumn is slowly creeping in and it’s my favourite time of the year so I’ve started to make a few autumnal crafts to get me into the cosy spirit I especially enjoyed making the patchwork pumpkin cushion after watching Chelsea She Sews Seams on YouTube a very easy project to and such fun to make thank you 🥰 # autumn # Halloween # cosy autumn crafts # spooky

Here is my entry for the , a useful tote bag with an outside pocket and one inner pocket. I had this lovely fabric in my stash for over a year which I sourced from my local charity shop over a metre of Rose and Hubble London fabric . I was wondering what to make with it and thought it would make this trendy tote bag pattern by # Misaki Sewing . It was a very easy sew and the bold colours really stand out I’ve had quite a few compliments already when I have used it🙂 and it’s nice it has been repurposed and not stuck in fabric box ! After watching The Great British Sewing Bee last week where the contestants made some pants from recycled T - Shirt s I was inspired to have a go. I went to my local RSPCA charity shop and bought a T-shirt for £1.50 washed it and then watched the lovely Sam from tutorial on YouTube to make some pants using the Free Stevie Knicker pattern by Paper Theory. I have to say it was such an easy pattern to sew and follow and with Sam’s excellent guidance and tutorial I actually made a pair of pants that fit and are so comfy to wear , I even managed the tricky knicker elastic so a big thank you to Sam and Paper Theory for giving me the confidence to have a go 😊 I will be making many more in the future. I popped a label in from Sam to finish them off xx

I have really enjoyed the Sardine Sew a Long hosted by for the past three weeks.They were such an easy make , very addictive and my pair wanted to be by the water so I took them on a little trip on Sunday to fulfil their wish 🥰 So they were very happy sardines ! # sardines # sew along # handmade with love xx

Lavender dolls

Hi I had a go at making these cute lavender dolls as I have a beautiful lavender bush in my front garden and thought it was a perfect way to use some of the flowers xx
