Gas fire service

Yesterday we completed an annual fire service on two gas fires, this is keeps the warranty and safety of the fires up to date.

Luckily for this customer we identified a broken gas pipe that was leaking further down the line due to corrosion, we fixed this with a new gas pipe back to the appliance and confirmed safe.

Both fires was brought back to nearly new condition saving the customer money on buying a new fire.

On this particular job we were tasked with repairing a limestone fireplace with two very large chips to the front edge of the hearth as shown in the "Before" picture and then once repaired successfully a full restore of the fireplace bringing it back to its original look! This repair option has saved the customer from replacing with a new fireplace.

We had a call from a customer to say the fire had stopped working. We performed a quick diagnostics which determined the fault, parts were ordered and we returned to repair and fully service the fire.

This was a very unusual but quirky little install! we was tasked with a stove that was under performing with a flue system that in a terrible looking mess! we chose to up size the flue and take a much more better direction increasing the performance and look of the stove and flue system of what is meant to be a focal point on the boat!

We had a urgent call regarding a customer that had sprung a leak due to needing a bit of weather maintiance work! we identified the problem and fixed the issue for hopefully many years to come.
