For this project we:
✔️ Removed the existing flooring
✔️ Applied a damp proof membrane (DPM)
✔️ Installed a 30mm moisture-tolerant screed build-up
✔️ Prepared the floor for underfloor heating
✔️ Added a reinforced 10mm screed with mesh for strength and stability
✔️ Supplied and fitted Elements Summer Oak LVT
