Lovingly handcrafted party decs made by The Little Party Bird! I got married back in 2012 and was crafty (and crazy) enough to make all the decorations for the day, and I mean the whole shebang – invites, flowers, bunting, confetti cones…

For me though, the pièce de résistance were the paper heart garlands I created to hang in the dining room. We were lucky enough to be married in a pretty grand

venue and dinner was served in the Library: immaculate parquet flooring, walls adorned with carved wood bookcases full to the ceiling with hundreds of books, portraits of lords and ladies from the venue’s historical past and a grand piano sitting n an understated fashion at the end of the room. I received so many compliments about the garlands and other decorations on the day, and I enjoyed making them so much, that it seems a natural progression to share these beautiful handmade decorations!
