The Card Making Academy with Natalie O'Shea

The Card Making Academy with Natalie O'Shea The Ultimate Card Making Course - 18 lessons covering everything you need to know about making cards. Then I found my mojo and started enjoying it again.

It all started when I spent £60 on cards for Christmas and that same year was given a really simple but lovely handmade card by a neighbour. I told myself that it had to be cheaper to make my own cards and that was the beginning…………

As most of you know, by the time that you have the latest and greatest of most craft supplies and tools, it’s not cheaper at all but an awful lot more fun! I have had

the privilege of being an Editor of five UK papercrafting magazines and have been featured in several more too. However, when it got to the stage that I lost my hobby and it became work, I had no time to enjoy it. So I got myself a “proper” office job and gave up my hobby for 18 months. We had a Stampin’ Up! demonstration at our local scrapbook crop and I loved it. Their style was very “me” and I had a wish list as long as my arm. I was just starting to think about making some cards to sell and thought the fact that everything is so co-ordinated, it really would make the job alot easier and less time consuming. I now teach people how to make hand made cards as part of The Card Making Academy and I look forward to sharing my experience with you.

How it all started.....

I was just starting to think about making some cards to sell and thought the fact that everything is so co-ordinated, it really would make the job a lot easier and less time consuming. I decided to join as a Demonstrator so that I could benefit from the Starter Kit being such a bargain and to get the discount on my addiction. I did my first party on 1st October 2008 and I’m still really having fun doing workshops and classes. I now have a team of over 250 Demonstrators and we are growing every week. My Stampin’ Up! journey has already been so enjoyable, I can’t help but recommend it to everyone!
