We have started trialling AI within our workflow.

With rising materials and labour costs, our clients streamlined solutions to sustain their businesses.

We decided to conduct a survey to better understand the current situation and genuinely make an impact.

The results were not surprising:

🔹Delays (82%), cost overruns (64%), and poor coordination (59%) were the most common issues faced in a turnkey delivery.

🔹Time and cost inefficiencies remain the biggest concern in our industry.

🔹And, 77% of respondents are already trialling AI tools for solutions.

There is a shift happening in our industry.

♈ At home - You need a personal arena. 
Your home should feel like a charging station powering you up to take on the world when you next step out the door.

◾ Bold Design. We know you love those statement pieces or a pop of “power colour” (after all, you love showing off your home when you host), so it needs to match your vibrant personality.

Luxury has always been quiet, and is currently being rewritten.

It’s not the loudest, heaviest, or most crowded spaces. It’s a signal that only a few can pick up. And in 2026, the signal isn’t about what you have, but how much you are willing to let go.

The silent space, slow mornings, minimal screentime and a weekend filled with no schedule - That’s the real value most people crave today.

In today’s society, wellness has become a symbol. Where chaos is everywhere, and quietness is becoming hard to experience.

That’s why we suggest starting with your environment. Whether that be a home, workspace or a hospitality experience. Most don’t realise what their needs are until they have truly experienced a space that calms and offers tranquillity.
