NEWS!!!
Lotties Lovely Designs is changing a little due to my new full time role I will be starting on Monday.
I have had to change the way I do things to ensure I can keep trading, give good customer service & continue to enjoy doing what I love, whilst also working full time & running a home with two kids a dog & a hubby who works away. Whilst I am lucky & get lots of support from my family. LLD is one person just me & so there is no support for that other than a post office drop off here & there.
I will no longer be offering hand painted MDF products apart from a very select few which have always been really popular, my business will now mainly focus on bags, clothing, hangers & other products where I can personalise them with vinyl.
I will no longer be taking orders via Facebook or instagram, with immediate effect all orders will now need to be placed via my Etsy shop this is to ensure I can keep track of orders & deadlines especially during peek seasons. Etsy is a safe, easy to use platform, you do not need to be registered & payments can be made by credit/Debit card or PayPal.
For those local to Crawley, West Sussex who wish to collect from me & avoid postage charges please get in touch where I can offer you a code to remove postage costs from your order.
Delivery times will remain the same but will stay under review please consider the delivery times before placing your order & if you have an earlier deadline you would prefer me to meet please message before ordering to check this is available first.
I want to thank everyone for their custom & support over the past 13 years & for their continued support as I navigate this new journey.
