I don't know about you, but I'm welcoming the warm, sunny spring, after a long wet winter....here are some of my rockpool and fossil creations that I made in mid-winter, while dreaming of today's weather. I hope you like them! 🌼🌷🌞

Ceremonial cacao has long been used as a gentle, heart opening drink that encourages presence, connection and slowing down. Working with clay does the same. It brings you out of your head and into your hands, helping you focus on the moment in front of you.

Together, they create a calm, grounded space where conversation softens, creativity flows more easily, and making becomes about how it feels rather than how it looks 👐✨

This Clay & Cacao workshop with Sally Mareike Ceramics is all about slowing down, connecting, and making something meaningful with your hands.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao (or tea), take a gentle mindful moment, and be guided to make one ceramic bowl to keep.
