Sciatica is a bitch!!! šŸ˜”

Iā€™ve been very quiet on here lately because Iā€™ve been suffering from Sciatica- itā€™s been soo painful and Iā€™ve been miserable. šŸ˜¢

As someone who loves to walk, run, swim and generally move itā€™s been tough and very frustrating šŸ˜”

Today I have decided to put my positive pants on and stop whining and get on with it!!
Iā€™m doing my rehab exercises religiously, taking the tablets and believing that it will get better šŸ˜„

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know šŸ™
