When you just can't let those tiny babygrows go 🥹 what a beautiful reminder of those precious first months with your little one.

This bear was actually a competition winner. We donated a bear to Little Lou's Big Run so that she could raffle it and raise money for Tourettes Action. This charity is extremely close to our hearts so this bear is super special to us too 💚

My Granddaughter Freya is 8 years old and has been struggling with motor and vocal tics for two years now.

We have been told by several medical professionals that there is no medical help or support in our area for children under 12 years old who are experiencing tics. For more information on Freya's story, please follow Little Lou's Big Run on Facebook and TikTok.

Freya's Mam (my eldest daughter, Louise) is organising and running a marathon in April, and documenting her training to spread awareness of Tourette's Syndrome and tic disorders. Louise is raising money for Tourettes Action who have provided incredible support at a time when there is nobody else to turn to for help or advice on this condition.
