I've not posted in quite some time, but I'm breaking my social media radio silence for this gem of a project in Sandgate, Kent.

One of my most popular pre-sale home staging offerings, is something I call 'The DIY Home Staging Plan', a bespoke room-by-room breakdown of all general maintenance & redecoration, reconfigurations & decluttering and comes complete with visual style guides & shopping lists, detailing all items needed to complete the transformation. Then it's down to the homeowner to put it all into action and this particular client did just that...with bells on!

Holy Crapola it looks good!!

A big shout out to Inigo , as soon as I could picture how amazing each room could look, I knew my clients just HAD to list with them, and I am so pleased they followed my advice.

It's been a tough year for everyone. With all the fear, uncertainty and unrest, it's been a roller-coaster of emotions for us all. I am so genuinely blessed to have ended the year with the completion of this mammoth project. (Interior & Exterior Design)

Working with one of the most inspirational female property developers I have had the pleasure of getting to know over the past 13 months. A true 'Honey Badger' with a keen eye for detail while juggling suppliers, trades and 1000s of mugs of tea..

What my client Tina at Casita Developments Ltd, has achieved is nothing short of a miracle; building a house for the first time is tough enough as it is, but throw in a global pandemic, its utterly astonishing what has been achieved! It sold for over original advised marketing price even before it was 100% complete.

When I walked around all the rooms for the last time, just before Christmas, it brought a tear to my eye, knowing I'd never walk through the space again and that as a building structure, it could never understand its own significance in not only keeping my mind occupied during 2020, but also keeping my small business afloat. Especially when so many other self employed people and small businesses have been struggling or gone under. If I could have hugged this house I would have.

This year has taught me so much about gratitude, focus and the unpredictable nature of life and not to take anything for granted.

I am looking forward to sharing pictures of the interior over the coming days and weeks..

Who doesn't want a secret door in their house? 🤫

I was so pleased to be able to include a secret doorway into this kitchen. It made complete sense, as I wanted to house all the tall appliances and larder cupboard along this wall, as well as leaving room for passage through to the utility room. So why not make it look like a complete run of units?

This post is months overdue, I don't know about everyone else, but I seriously have to force myself to post anything these days.. This is the master bedroom with bespoke agi designed wardrobe and ensuite.. Apparently the new owners say it's like living in a luxury hotel..🤓
I'm going to do one more post to showcases the other three bathrooms for this project..then I'll have to psych myself up to post a few before and afters of my most recent projects.. Including the presale makeover and staging of a 6 bed house in Brighton that sold over listing price in less than a week.. 🖤

Inspired by one of my all time favourite graphic artists, Hannah Höch, who I first discovered while studying graphic art and illustration at university several decades ago.
