Every handmade piece has a story, and sometimes that story begins with a customer. 🤍

When one lovely customer asked if I could adapt my Bassenthwaite Bag to suit life with three young boys, I knew I had to make it happen.

The result is a bag that still looks elegant but gives her the freedom to chase little feet, carry snacks, hold tiny hands and tackle everyday adventures.

This is why I love making bags by hand. They aren’t made for everyone; they’re made for someone.

If you’ve ever wished one of my bags was a different size, colour or style, just ask. That’s the beauty of handmade. 🖤
