Sometimes you need to take a moment to appreciate where you are. Busy putting the final touches to the barn conversion project we've been working on for 2 years all in time for Christmas 🎄 and we're almost there!
A few pics where spaces look almost done

1) Remember the time we took to mark out where these 10 pendant lights would go in the double height vaulted ceiling? Well these beauties from are up

Our clients had already fitted T&G boarding to their downstairs cloakroom but felt it was still lacking something. This stunning wallpaper was just the answer and because they loved it so much we added a Roamn blind in the same fabric complete with pom-poms.
We don't just do full renovations and we love sorting those finishing touches for you

✨️ C O L O U R S O F A N D A L U C I A ✨️

This time last week we were enjoying our last day in beautiful Andalucia. Having lived in Spain for 3 years in my early twenties, it will always be my favourite holiday destination. We found a lovely boutique B&B in the hills above Malaga and relaxed, swam, read, enjoyed some delicious tapas and did a good deal of exploring.
From a work perspective and for the first time ever, there were 2 kitchen installations happening whilst we were away and due to the fabulous teams on site (and a good deal of planning) week 1 of both projects went smoothly, so whilst the first week back at work is always a bit hectic, there weren't any crises to deal with.

✨️ N E W P R O J E C T ✨️
The second office refurbishment where we created a more formal space using the recess opposite the window (where the desk previously was) to create a custom-made cabinet for much needed storage. The panelling frames the room beautifully and the deep red colour adds warmth to a former grey space.

Delighted to receive this great review from very lovely clients. Each project we work on is unique because each one of our clients is unique. It's heart- warming when all the hard work behind the scenes, the 'little' things, the things that keep you awake at night, the problem solving, the working out of logistics, the co-ordinating of trades and ensuring a seamless as possible project work flow, when all of this recognised.
And when your tea order is remembered, that's even better 😀

Today we put the finishing touches to our lovely client's seaside themed office. The palm tree was rather lonely in the corner so we added a custom-made beach hut bookcase, wallpapered the ceiling and chose a deck chair that would complement the theme of the room and the client's artwork. The other side of the room is the real 'engine room' but this side is both functional and fun

💫 D E T A I L S 💫

I love looking in on rooms we've previously worked on.
We're currently back with an 'old' client refurbishing a second floor shower room after they initially decided to leave the space as it was. I managed a quick shot of their guest room which still is a delight even though
everyday life means taking full room shots isn't possible without a few hours styling. This corner will suffice.

✨️ Wishing our family, friends and all our wonderful clients the most fabulous festive season and the very best of wishes for 2025

✨️ 2025 will see us heading into our 15th year of business and we are beyond grateful for each and everyone of you who choose to trust us with your beautiful homes. This is not something we take lightly and we feel incredibly privileged to continue to work with great clients and equally great properties

✨️We'll be back in the office on January 6th and in the meantime will be enjoying quality time with family and friends

✨️ P R O J E C T R E V E A L ✨️

This bedroom makeover was completed today.
The brief was to give this large main bedroom a more cohesive, contemporary feel.
The existing pine furniture was painted by the very talented who also fitted new k***s and feet to each piece.
The space had been recently decorated, so the neutral walls weren't changed. Instead, we softened the space with more delicate lighting and added layers of texture and accent colours to the neutral bedding. Plain roller blinds were swapped for elegant Roman blinds.
Sometimes less is more and our clients are delighted with the subtle changes to this space.
