Recent project I was pleased to be a part of reopens today for a special event come down and check out the Newley revamped Ship Inn at cobham kent.
Lovely bit of wallpapering behind the ship sets it off 👍

Last minute call to help out on this one big refurb of a lovely old pub in Cobham.
Giving the inside a colour change and a freshen up for opening later this month.

The weather has definitely turned outside again this week another fascia and soffit to paint in Dartford.
Fill and prepare woodwork for painting
2 coats of primer
1 undercoat and 1 top coat.
It was a high one !!

Soffit job completed in Dartford this week.
Soffit had become detached from from vent and warped.
Remove damaged part of soffit
Supply cut and fit new soffit board
Fill and prepare fascia
Prime and 2 top coats to fascia and soffit.
Return soon to do the side fascia and soffit 👍

Top Customer in Bromley requested the Refurb of 9 windows and ceils to upper floor of house.
Remove all existing fittings from windows
Remove rubber ceils in window surrounds.
Sand down and fill frames and window ceils
Prime
Undercoat and top coat in Satin finish
Refit existing window furniture..

Recent door frame refurb in Croydon
Customer requested 7 door frames refutbed including old stocks and hinge rebates to be be filled and door and new door stops to be filled,sanded,primed undercoated and top coated in satin finish to match new doors being fitted by K and N carpentry.

Not the usual work I am asked to undertake by one of my
Customers had some issues with water coming in to a bedroom.
After inspection found gutter was full of moss and debris due to Xmas lights being left in the gutter causing it to overflow.
Cleared out all debris /cleared blocked downpipe
and hosed down inside of gutter and washed down.
Shall be returning when the weather improves to replace broken soffits and decorate the fascia boards 👍
