When Wyborne Primary School needed their canteen hall brought back to life, they had just one window to make it happen: the half-term break.

With 200m² of tired, worn flooring, a tight deadline and a dining space that needed to be ready the moment the children walked back through the door, there was no room for anything other than a perfectly executed plan.

Our team moved in straight away, stripping everything back before prepping the subfloor and laying Walkway slip-resistant sheet vinyl throughout the entire space. Every joint was hot-welded for hygiene and water resistance, heavy-duty edgings were finished to last, and the whole surface was engineered to handle decades of daily school footfall without missing a beat.

By the time the school returned from half-term, the dining hall felt completely transformed, bright, fresh and ready for whatever a few hundred hungry children could throw at it.

We are proud to have recently completed this job at Paddington Fire Station where we removed two layers of old flooring from the main hallway before prepping the surface ready for us to install a brand new Heckmondwike super cord carpet.

And because heroes never stop, we had to undertake the work while the station stayed fully operational. No shutting down, no closed signs, just working around the crew and the clock to get it done fast and efficiently.

Having replaced the floor for TOCA Social at the O2 last year, we were delighted to be asked to go up to TOCA Social in Birmingham to replace the damaged astro turf across all 15 playing bays.

From lifting the worn flooring to laying brand-new astro, this job was all about precision and giving the venue a fresh new look, courtesy of an expertly-laid, premium playing surface ready for action. ⚽️

This pub floor had seen better days and so it was last orders for the damaged and well-trodden laminate.

After taking up the old flooring we used Latex to prepare the surface before laying walkway vinyl for a safe, slip-free surface. 🍻

We recently completed this full refurbishment of a junior school hall in Barnehurst and the transformation speaks for itself.

We started by removing the old, tired flooring to create a clean blank canvas. After prepping the base with P131 primer to ensure strong adhesion, we applied a high-quality latex smoothing compound from for the perfect foundation.

Our expert team then installed Forest FX 2mm wood-effect vinyl flooring, complete with welded seams for durability and a seamless finish.
