Last weekend we were at the incredible Avoca ‘Taste of Summer’ event at the beautiful Kilmacanogue Avoca location in the heart of the garden of Ireland, County Wicklow.
Avoca Executive Chef Charlie Kenny & I demoed a family favourite Ultimate Feel Gut Summer Smoothie Recipe with Fresh Pineapple, Ripe Banana & Avocado, Irish baby spinach leaves, some fresh ginger, and fresh lime juice plus a spoonful of ground flaxseeds & blended with organic GF unsweetened oat milk & fresh Wicklow well water, a sachet of organic .eu plantbased protein made with pumpkin seed, brown rice and pea, now available . It was absolutely delicious and refreshing. Thankful for all the positive feedback.
