More employees doesn't always mean more desks 🚧

From shell unit to fully operational facility 🚨

A glimpse inside our latest project for Hayley Dexis at Genesis Park in Leicester, where we transformed a 6,750 sq. ft unit into a modern office and warehouse facility designed to support the company's continued growth.

Working on our third project for the Hayley Dexis team was a real pleasure, and it's great to see another successful space handed over and ready for use.

Designed around customer experience ⭐️

Showcasing a collection of luxury second-hand vehicles, the goal was to create a modern, functional space that elevates the customer experience whilst improving operational efficiency for the sales team.

The customer lounge features ring lighting and a curved feature wall with bespoke signage, whilst the sales offices create privacy with acoustic partitions and custom manifestation.

At our upcoming Marketing Derby event at RW Cars, we'll be taking Bondholders behind the build, exploring how well-designed commercial spaces can support business growth, employee wellbeing and the customer experience.

We've recently completed the bespoke design and fit-out of Hayley Dexis' new premises at Genesis Park, Leicester 🌟

This marks our third successful project for Hayley Dexis, with the Leicester facility strengthening their presence in a key strategic growth area.

Starting with an empty shell, we delivered a complete turnkey solution, transforming the 6,750 sq. ft unit into a modern office and warehouse facility. The space includes open plan offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas, a dedicated trade counter and parts store.

Every aspect of the design was tailored to support Hayley Dexis' day-to-day operations, bringing their office, warehouse and trade counter functions together.
