Site updates! 🚧

The team have been on site in Pinxton this morning checking progress on our turnkey fit-out for Hayley Dexis.

The partitions are now getting their first coats of paint, while the anthracite skirting is being installed and ceiling grid is starting to go up.

The new toilet block is also taking shape, with services continuing to progress well across both units 5 & 6.

Next we'll be turning attention to breakout areas and starting to install windows which will make a huge difference to the space.

It's all in the details 🌟

Bespoke joinery, feature lighting, statement signage, carefully selected fixtures and fittings. Individually they might seem like small details, but they're what make a workplace feel considered, welcoming and unique.

These are the finishing touches that elevate a fit-out into a space staff and visitors genuinely enjoying spending time in.

At DSP, we love the details becuase they're often what people remember long after a project is complete.

It’s always satisfying looking back at where a project started ⭐️

This before vs after shows our fit-out for Syntegon at Pentagon House, where an empty shell was transformed into a modern workspace for their UK Service team.

From strip out to handover, it’s great to see months of hard work captured in just a few seconds.

Huge progress on site at Pinxton 🚧

The team have been hard at work on our latest turnkey fit-out for Hayley Dexis at Foundry Business Park.

The logistics office, welfare block and training room partitioning in unit 5 is now complete, while the toilet block and dry lining works in unit 6 have been completed and tape jointed.

Our HVAC and electrical teams are also making great progress across both units, and the hose assembly area is beginning to take shape too.

We love this stage of a project, when an empty shell starts to become a real workplace.

Exciting news from site this morning for Harrison ⭐️

We're incredibly proud to share that Harrison is a finalist in the FIS Training Awards for Apprentice of The Year.

Since joining DSP, Harrison has gained over 300 hours of site experience across 50 commercial projects, achieved several additional qualifications and most recently secured himself a place in the Skill Build National final in November.

It's been fantastic to watch his progress and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

What does it take to transform an empty industrial unit into a fully functioning facility?

For our latest project with Hayley Dexis in Leicester, we delivered a complete turnkey fit-out, creating a purpose-designed facility incorporating offices, training facilities, welfare amenities, a trade counter and warehouse operations.

As the third project we've delivered for Hayley Dexis, this was an opportunity to build on our understanding of the business and create a space tailored to the way their teams work.

Another busy week on site at Pinxton 🚧

There's been plenty happening on our Hayley Dexis project at the new Foundry Business Park development.

The team have been working on the 100mm partitions, with the training room and toilet blocks now really starting to come together and getting ready for the cubicle and vanity measurements.

We've also completed the fire blanket works in Unit 6, while our HVAC and electrical teams continue to make great progress with their first-fix works behind the scenes.

A great effort from everyone on site, and plenty more to come over the next few weeks!

An update from Pinxton 🚧

We’re now into week two on site for Hayley Dexis and the team is making great progress.

The high-level works are well underway and we’re starting to see the first spaces take shape, with the training room and toilet partitions now underway in unit 5.

It’s always exciting when a project moves beyond drawings and you can see the space coming together for the first time.

Plenty more to come over the next few months!
