We’ve reached a point where:
real, homemade food = ‘eww’
ultra-processed food = normal

And somehow… that doesn’t sound strange to us anymore.

Kids don’t create these opinions.
They copy what they see, hear, and grow up around.

So this isn’t really about a piece of bread.

It’s about what became ‘acceptable’
and what became ‘weird.’

What do I cook when I want real homemade food… but also want to disappear outside all day? ☀️

Simple — I go into chaotic power mode for 60 minutes and pretend I’m on a cooking show with zero budget and maximum hunger 😅

Today’s lineup:
🥕 carrot muffins & cupcakes
🥨 pretzels loaded with salami, cheese & bacon
🍋 homemade lemonade in cute bottles (because vibes matter)
🍝 spaghetti for later

All done in about an hour… and BOOM — the rest of the day is ours. No stress, no “what’s for lunch?”, no running back home.

This is my version of lazy meal prep:
👉 cook fast
👉 cook smart
👉 disappear outside

Because honestly… I’m not choosing between good food and a good day.
