How do you actually know if your workplace is working for your business?

It might look absolutely fine, but does it reflect the business you've become? Does it work for the way your team works now?

Is it helping with recruitment and retention?

What impression does it give clients when they walk through the door?

These are all things we consider when designing workplaces, so we've taken some of that thinking and turned it into our free Workplace Growth Audit.

It takes just a few minutes to complete and gives you a personalised score across five areas:

→ Recruitment and Retention
→ Team Experience
→ Client Perception
→ Brand Alignment
→ Future Readiness

You'll see where your workplace is performing well, where there may be opportunities to improve and practical recommendations based on your answers.

No plans to refurbish? That's fine.

It's simply a way of understanding whether your workplace is supporting your business now and where it could be working harder for you.

Had a fantastic evening at the first Women Who Lead networking event at Selena Cocktail Bar & Kitchen hosted by JLB Business Development.

It was great to be in a room full of inspiring women, hearing honest stories and celebrating successes across our region ❤️

When a client comes back for another project, it's always something we're incredibly grateful for.

After completing Taylor Stevenson office refurbishment last year, they asked us to transform their executive hospitality box at Doncaster Rovers Stadium ahead of the new football season.

The result is a bold hospitality space that feels unmistakably Taylor Stevenson and makes far better use of the space available.

We had a great time at last week. Always come away with lots of ideas to implement into our projects.

Here are a few of our key takeaways:

- Colour is definitely making a comeback, but in a much more considered way. Less bright for the sake of it and more earthy tones, layered colours and subtle moments that add personality without overwhelming a space.

- More focus on mixing textures and finishes. Bouclé, ribbed fabrics, soft-touch finishes, stone effects and layered materials. There definitely seems to be more thought around how spaces feel, not just how they look.

- Hospitality influence is still everywhere. Workplaces continuing to feel less corporate and more welcoming. Softer settings, warmer lighting and more relaxed breakout spaces.
