Attention! Attention! Attention!

It’s time for our Pre-Christmas weekend away, the one weekend a year we have off and unfortunately that means no Pop Ups next weekend. We will be at Dorchester Markets as usual, then we’ll be back and in full Christmas Attack mode!

Make sure you grab this year’s Christmas Pre-Order menu, we’ll have it out a whole month earlier as we reckon it’s going to be a busy one for us. Make sure you order well in advance, we expect the sales of Christmas Pudding to break some records again after last year’s feedback… and, we’ve bowed to the pressure and will be making our ‘Next Level Christmas Cake’ available for order as well…

We are off to market! Dorchester Markets that is! We’ve got some big flavours this week, epic Mushroom & White Truffle Focaccia courtesy of Jurassic Coast Mushrooms 🦖🍄 x BELAZU (Bel-uh-zoo) - fresh stock from Guy Salaman and - some awesome Spanish Chorizo & Roast Pepper Fougasse to chew on whilst you browse the other stalls and so much more!

Our Too Good To Go bags are sold out once again, we’re rocking our WILDFARMED socks and spirits are high!

Find us outside, under the covered area. Look for the flag! This week we’re opposite the lovely Shelley’s Jams and Portland Oysters and all the usual suspects!

We are stocked up on our Homemade Jars, ready for the week ahead!

Catch us tomorrow at Dorchester Markets and grab some Peach & Jalapeño Relish, Tomato Jam, Courgette, Lemon & Ginger Marmalade, Crab Apple & Habanero Jam or the criminally underrated Mandarin, Tomato & Sultana Chutney… it’s never too early to stock those cupboards for winter!

We were kindly given a whopper of a Squash so we flipped it and put out a Roast Squash & Goats Cheese Focaccia over the weekend, did you manage to get some!?

It was gooooooood… especially with the Shroomami Sauce we had in the fridge.

Almond Frangipane and fresh Jam, sandwiched between flaky pastry layers, topped with Coconut Icing and a Glacé Cherry… It’s a treat from our childhood and a throwback to the concrete jungles and bustling markets of the olden days…

We’ve also got this seasons Crab Apple & Habanero Jelly (aka Crabanero) and some awesome Mandarin, Tomato & Sultana Chutney for those autumnal ‘Picky Tea’ moments… we’re into the last cache of Peach & Jalapeño Relish too, so if you need some for hibernation, best get stuck in quick!
