We’re in Wimbledon today fitting a new set of shutters for a homeowner following her home renovation.

This project came through a family recommendation, after we previously fitted shutters at her son’s home in Epsom. She had seen the finished result there and the service he received throughout, from the initial advice through to the installation, so she asked us to install shutters in her own home too.

It is always a real compliment when a customer recommends us to their family, especially when they have seen the full process first hand. That is the experience we want every customer to feel confident in, from the early decisions through to the final fit.

This project has just reached the exciting stage where the shutters are in place and ready to be seen properly from both inside and outside the home.

The process started with an initial consultation, where Lisa visited shortly after contact was made, talked through the options, explained how everything would work and helped show how the shutters would look.

From there, the measuring stage followed, keeping everything moving smoothly and making sure the installation could be planned properly.

For this home, the shutters are a big part of starting to modernise the house, so getting this stage right mattered. Clear communication throughout helped make the whole process feel straightforward, from the first chat through to the finished result.
