We’re not the cheapest.
But we are far, far cheaper than the big national companies.
So why aren’t we the cheapest?
Because we don’t sell rubbish.
Anyone can sell cheap flooring and make a quick profit.
Even our budget ranges are high quality, hard wearing, bleach cleanable carpets that are built to last.
Here’s the real difference.
Our fitters are the best in the business.
We don’t make a penny from fitting.
Every single pound you pay for fitting goes directly to the fitter.
That means they earn properly, take pride in their work, and you still pay less than the big sheds.
It might be old fashioned, but we still give a full one year fitting guarantee.
If there’s a problem in the first year, we come back and fix it completely free of charge.
No arguments. No excuses.
It’s about customer service.
