On Tuesday 16th June 7pm -8pm approx, two pop‑up Gaeltachts will be open on Market Street — right across from each other!
Whether you’re taking your first steps with the language or you’re already fluent, there’s a space for everyone to join in the fun.
In The Kiln & Kettle Pottery Cafe Young Gaels, beginners, and learners can dive into Irish through games, pottery painting, and relaxed conversation—perfect for building confidence and having a bit of craic along the way.
Meanwhile, fluent speakers can gather in to mingle, catch up, and enjoy the natural flow of Irish in a friendly, welcoming setting.
We are delighted to also have dancers from the entertain in both Gaeltachts
The street will be buzzing with the sound of the Irish language, the aroma of great coffee ☕ and freshly baked treats, and of course—music! 🎵🎶🎻
Come along, soak up the atmosphere, and speak a cúpla focal!
