Hear that shuffle? That’s the sound of flicking through real laminate and LVT samples in our showroom. You can see and feel the grain and finish properly in person. Photos never quite show it the same way.

From Weathered Cedar and Brushed Oak to Smoky Oak and Urban Grey, there are plenty of shades to explore, plus a herringbone option. Take samples home and see how they look in your own light. We’re happy to lend them out.

Choosing flooring for a rental property? Look for options that are hard-wearing, easy to clean and practical to replace between tenancies.

Vinyl and LVT can be a good choice for busy areas, while durable, neutral carpets may suit bedrooms and living rooms. The right flooring depends on the room, expected use and your budget.

What a difference in Blakedown today.

The old flooring was lifted, leaving bare boards, and the staircase was stripped back. After the preparation, we fitted grey carpet through the rooms and up the stairs for a clean, finished look.

Most of the work is in the preparation. You don’t always see it, but it helps decide how the floor looks and lasts.

Which room in your house would you tackle first?

Does flooring actually matter? The same hallway can feel completely different when only the floor changes.

The right choice is the one that suits your room and how you live, not just the cheapest option or what someone else recommends. Take a sample home and check it in your own light before you decide.
