Not sure which resin flooring system is right for your project? You don't need to know before you contact us.

Epoxy, polyurethane, self smoothing, high build, non slip, chemical resistant... there are plenty of options, but choosing the right floor should start with the environment rather than a product name.

At Monarch Resin Floors, we look at how the space actually operates before recommending a system.

That can include:

• The condition of the existing substrate
• Vehicle, forklift and pedestrian traffic
• Moisture levels and drainage
• Cleaning and washdown requirements
• Chemical exposure
• Slip resistance requirements
• Temperature changes and thermal shock
• Available installation time and operational downtime

From there, we can recommend a flooring system and preparation method suited to the conditions of the project.

With over 35 years of experience, we install resin flooring across industrial and commercial environments throughout the UK, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food and drink production, automotive workshops and commercial spaces.

Planning a flooring project?

We offer free site surveys and technical advice, with no obligation to already know exactly what system you need.

Sometimes it’s the details you only notice up close that make the biggest difference.

This 140m² resin flooring installation at a museum facility in Cambridge involved a full system build up using Remmers products.

Following diamond grinding, the floor received two coats of Remmers MT 100 moisture tolerant primer, followed by Remmers Epoxy PH and a PUR Colour Top M 2K matt topcoat in RAL 7035 with a non slip additive.

The close up image shows the subtle texture within the finished surface, helping to provide additional underfoot grip while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Existing movement joints were also recut and sealed using colour matched Monarjoint to complete the installation.

If you’re planning a commercial refurbishment or specialist flooring project, we’re always happy to offer technical advice.

Standing water, regular washdowns and daily vehicle traffic all put a floor to the test.

This recent 75m² vehicle wash bay installation in Oldbury used our 6mm Monarthane polyurethane resin flooring system to provide a durable, seamless finish designed for demanding washdown environments.

Vehicle wash bays are exposed to water, cleaning chemicals and constant vehicle movement, making the choice of flooring system particularly important. Polyurethane systems such as Monarthane offer excellent resistance to many of the chemicals commonly found in these environments while also providing a durable, easy to maintain surface.

Chelsea Blue isn't a colour we install every day, but it completely transformed this workshop.

This recent 40m² garage installation used our Monarflow 3mm self smoothing epoxy system to create a seamless finish across two connected workshop spaces.

With careful preparation, two primer coats and colour matched Monarjoint across the connecting ramp, the finished floor provides a durable, seamless surface that's built for everyday workshop use.

Projects like this show that resin flooring isn't just for large industrial buildings. Smaller workshops can benefit from the same professional finish, durability and ease of maintenance.

A recent resin flooring installation completed within a label printing facility in Rotherham.

The project covered 113m² and used our Monarflow 3mm self smoothing epoxy system to create a clean, seamless and durable finish within the working area.

The existing floor had areas of damage which needed repairing before the new system could be applied, so these works were completed as part of the installation.

Project overview:
• 113m² installation
• Monarflow 3mm self smoothing epoxy system
• Floor repairs completed before installation
• Works carried out over weekends
• Seamless, smooth and easy to maintain finish
• Walkways to be added in the next phase

A recent automotive workshop flooring project completed in Guildford, combining a seamless resin floor with clearly defined vehicle bay markings.

The light grey finish helps brighten the space, while the white bay markings give the workshop a clean, organised layout for day to day use.

Project overview:

• Seamless resin flooring installation
• Light grey finish to improve brightness across the space
• White bay markings to clearly define working areas
• Consistent layout across the full workshop
• Practical surface for automotive workshop environments

In spaces like this, the floor has to work hard. Vehicles, tools, foot traffic and daily workshop use all need to be considered, so a durable resin finish with clear markings can make the space easier to manage.

Simple layout, but really effective once everything is in place.
