Another clean automotive workshop installation completed near Hull.

This project involved a 172m² resin flooring installation using our Monarcoat 720 high build epoxy system, finished in RAL 7037 mid grey with an integrated non slip finish.

The system was selected to provide a durable, seamless surface suited to automotive workshop environments, where the floor needs to withstand daily vehicle movement, equipment traffic and regular cleaning.

Project overview:

• 172m² installed
• Monarcoat 720 high build epoxy coating
• Two coat system with integrated non slip finish
• RAL 7037 mid grey colour
• Seamless surface designed for durability and ease of maintenance

Correct substrate preparation and controlled application are key to achieving a consistent finish and long term adhesion, particularly across open workshop areas.

The completed installation provides a clean, practical and professional surface aligned with the demands of a busy automotive environment.

The project featured a light grey main floor finish with contrasting mid grey MOT and testing bays to help clearly define operational areas throughout the workshop.

A recently completed installation at a manufacturing facility, delivering approximately 500m² of practical, clearly defined resin flooring.

This project used a water based epoxy resin system to create a durable, low odour and easy to maintain finish, well suited to an active working environment.

• Line marking to support safer movement across the facility
