I was born on 6/6/66 so that means today I am 60 😱 In my garden, I found these unusual species growing. They are Pedlaria floribunda (Common name: The Flower Pedlar). botanical breakdown:
Family: Vagabondaceae (The Wandering Herbs) Genus: Pedlaria – named for its unique habit of “traveling” across gardens. Species: floribunda – meaning “abundance of flowers.” These were left over from a surprise party last weekend and my friend ‘planted’ them in my garden overnight 😂

I live in a teeny-weeny house with a teeny-weeny garden, so when we have a friends or family gathering, we hire the pavilion in our village of This is the perfect place to watch the sun go down and to see the night sky (no light pollution) and hear the owls. Here are my simple table decorations. I ran out of time so I placed some variegated ivy down the centre of the table with jam jar posies and a scented rose for each guest.
