Delighted to be stocking Ancient Realm of Scotland maps! Beautifully illustrated, with historical and mythical landmarks of Scotland, many here in Dumfries & Galloway. Currently stocked with A3 and A4 sizes- come have a wee look!

Did you know Simnel Cake has been made since medieval times?! A traditional part of Easter Sunday, simnel cake is a light fruit cake topped with marzipan and 11 marzipan “apostles”. In this case, our baker has made the marzipan from scratch!
Swing by the Mercantile for a slice of history, or DM us to reserve a whole cake. 🥚
