Our design team are currently working on an extremely exciting project...
☀️ Villa Lucas ☀️
The project consists of a full reconfiguration and design of a 7 bedroom villa in Portugal.
The Villa;
A stunning villa set just outside of Albufeira, Portugal, consisting of 7 bedrooms, living dining room, kitchen, kids room, large terrace up stairs and ground floor and large pool area. The current villa is dark and basic. Grey walls and tiles, outdated bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms - gloomy and unappealing. The property feels cold and bland with no life to it, ready for a revamp to bring the property up to date ready for 2026!
The brief;
To transform the space into a warm and inviting family villa. Using soft tones to keep the space airy and bright. Bringing the outdoors in, with the removal of some walls to allow more open space and flow to the floorplan. The villa needs to be multifunctional for an array of guests and for all types of weather. The use of the villa during the winter should feel cosey and homely but also serve as a cool beach chic villa during the summer.
Designs are complete and work is underway. Here are some photos of the before, and from our latest site visit a week ago.
