Both shops can also be found on Etsy With little in the way of sewing services in Durham, Sharon opened the Sewing Room in 2015 to offer a wide range of classes and clubs for everyone to enjoy, for beginners as well as the experienced. The Sewing Box opened in 2016 just next to the Sewing Room to sell fabric and quilting

supplies. Since the Sewing Room and shop closed in 2022, Sharon has continued producing her own range of patterns and kits that can still be bought via the website or from her Etsy shop 'Raggy Robin'. She also makes miniature bedding and patchwork quilts for dollhouses at 'Raggy Little Quilts'. Sign up for the website newsletter and don't miss what's happening.

Anyone free on Saturday 2nd August that would like to join us at the next class to make a drawstring bag? Then take a look. It's a one time only session from 9.45am - 12.45pm.

The venue is 'Rainton Meadows Nature Reserve Visitor Centre' (upstairs) and you will need to bring your own sewing machine and fabric. Ironing and cutting facilities will be provided and a supply list will be sent on booking.
