We recently received a message on Etsy from a lady who explained that she was looking to get a present for her daughter who was going away to university. She saw one of our crochet dogs and asked if we would be able to make it look like their beloved pup (see photos, isn't he gorgeous!? ❤️). How could we turn down such a lovely, thoughtful gift idea!? With a few little tweaks, we transformed our usual dog into what we hoped was a fitting likeness to their dear furry family member.

When the custom order was received, we were left a rave review which sung our praises of how much our buyer loved their doggie's plushie doppelganger. The message really warmed our hearts, knowing that our efforts can mean so much to you lovely buyers.

But the story doesn't end there... A couple of months later, we received a further private message from our buyer, now that her daughter had received her crochet furry friend. The doggie doppelganger isn't just another toy that sits pretty on a bed or on some shelves; he's become a little, furry companion and a soft, comforting hug when she needs it most.

Our hearts are full of love and our eyes are full of happy tears ❤️🥲 We want to thank this lovely lady again (I'm sure you know who you are) for sharing her wonderful story (and allowing us to share it with you all too!). We also would like to wish your daughter the best of luck in her university studies. We hope your crocheted puppy pal gives you the emotional support you need to graduate with flying colours!

Just to let you know that our last day for orders being delivered in time for Christmas will be Monday 15th December 🎄🎁 Any orders received after this time on our Etsy won't be guaranteed to arrive with you before Christmas Day. As our products are largely made to order, we have a processing window of 7 days. We then use Royal Mail's 48h tracked delivery service. With this in mind, we're leaving a 10 day window open to ensure we can get your orders to you in time. However we recommend ordering as soon as you can as Royal Mail's delivery times can be quite unpredictable around this time of year! We will still endeavour to get out any orders made after the 15th, but we can't guarantee they'll get to you on time

Christmas is just the around the corner (we know, it's come round VERY quickly! 😬), and that means we'll be attending a range of local craft fairs in the run up to the big day. Some happening very soon! This includes our very first, very own craft fair that we've organised at Shadforth Village Hall on Saturday 22nd November!

We'd love for you to come visit and say hello if you're able to attend any of these events. Can't make it? Don't worry! We offer free delivery on our Etsy shop, so the price you would pay in-person at our craft fairs is the price you will pay online!
