We are an online retailer but pride ourselves on outstanding customer service; always striving to offer the best possible shopping experience. We’re based on Belmont Industrial Estate near the city of Durham in North East England. We are proud of being a local business that employs local people and is active

ly involved with our local community. PCJ Home was set up in 2008 by husband and wife team Cheryl and Patrick Duffy. Very much a family business, the Company name was inspired by their son Jack and initally run from the Duffy’s Washington home. The business soon outgrew the house and moved into local commercial premises before expanding again in 2013 to our current large warehouse. In October 2016 we adopted our new name PCJ Supplies and launched a new look for the company. On Saturday 19th November we will officially celebrate the launch of the new brand with a charity day hosted in partnership with our neighbours next door at The Durham Conference Centre.

We are looking for a local freelancer to make some cushion covers. Price is negotiable. We would be hoping to have these made regularly, and the sizes required would mostly be 45 x 45 cm and 30 x 40 cm. We would be providing the fabric.

We are currently looking for a customer service advisor. The role would be answering customers queries from eBay and Amazon, answering telephone queries and dealing with customer returns. Experience in a customer service role is preferred and basic IT skills is essential, however, full training on our messages system and stock management system would be provided.

This is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start. The hours would be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with potential for over time on a weekend when fully trained. Pay meets national minimum/living wage.

We are based at Belmont Industrial Estate just outside of Durham City Centre. Please note we are at the bottom of the industrial estate and not on a main bus route so own transport is preferred but not essential. The nearest bus stop is approximately 20 minutes walk from our warehouse.

APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
We are currently looking for staff to work in our busy warehouse. The job would be mainly packing orders for eBay, Amazon and our own website orders. The hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm. This is a temporary contract until after Christmas. There may be over time available depending on how busy we are. We are located on Belmont Industrial Estate. Own transport is preferred as we aren't on the main bus route. Immediate start. Pay meets national minimum/living wage.

We are currently hiring 1 full time office administrator. The role would include listing stock on eBay, Amazon and our website. Basic knowledge on using a computer is required, but full training will be provided on the systems we use.
