There are lots of events happening at The Word. While you're in there, you can check out my latest halloween rocks 💀 in their gift shop.
The Pocket Hug pebbles are my most recent best seller, also available at The Word.

Come and celebrate 10 fantastic years of The Word.

Over the next few weeks we’ve got some creative workshops, inspiring exhibitions and fun sessions.

Only two days to go until the Great North Run! 🏃‍♂️✨The excitement is definitely real, but if I’m being completely honest, the pre-race jitters are hitting hard today. It’s funny how any upcoming challenge can instantly make us fall back into old mindsets. Along with the nerves, those familiar feelings of self-doubt from younger years have decided to creep back in. My brain is trying to replay those old tapes, telling me what I can’t do, but I have to remind myself that I am not that same person anymore. I’ve put in the miles, I’ve done the training, and deep down, I know I will cross that finish line on Sunday.
Recently, I've practiced pushing myself, challenging myself beyond my comfort zone in all aspects of life... and I'm starting to believe in me.
To anyone else battling their own inner critic this week—we've got this. The mind is a powerful thing, but our resolve is stronger.

Newcastle to South Shields, I’m ready for you. Let’s do this! 💪🎒

I've been struggling lately, to keep my shelves fully stocked up in the 5 shops that display my rocks.
I want to say big thank you to everyone who takes a little piece of my work home with them. It makes me happy to know that my rocks are bringing positivity, support, happiness or making a someone smile.
If you've ever bought one or even stood and read the rocks' message in a shop.....
I thank you for taking the time. Sending love and positivity, Jo x
