So what's next?
As you’ve probably guessed by now
I won’t be selling vintage & handmade homewares any more under the Milk & Wood brand. Sadly, for various reasons, it just wasn’t feasible.
Instead, I’m excited to share a broader look at my life and adventures here in Switzerland including travel, wellness, fashion & interiors, learning and friendships.
Selling thought about, carefully curated curiously creative homewares was always a window into a lifestyle brand.
And a similar ethos will resonate in the account now.
I want to continue to seek out the unusual, travel & visit to find precious gems, remain curious about life & forge meaningful and supportive relationships.
And do it all with an authentic style as well as bringing you a grounded, thought about feel and a good dose of adventure to help us feel alive.
I’m also re-invigorating my journalism career and starting to write a blog you can find on the Milk & Wood website - lots of pieces in progress, promise!
From my Gen X, midlife perspective, as well as the viewpoint a move to Switzerland has given me, I’m focusing on ditching the achievement and tick box mentality that has defined a lot of my life so far and living life with an eye to what brings me vitality and energy.
There’s a lot of life to live and enjoy and it would be great to experience it together
What brings you vitality and energy? Inspire me!
