Hey everyone I've not been around this year so far! Not going to lie I've been so poorly since Christmas & just as I've been getting better I've been hit with a two-day migraine thrown in for fun. So happy new year even if it’s a little late now. As soon as I’m fully better I’m going to start my new year again lol 😜

Just a little dragon 🐉 for my beautiful nephew Dylan 🧶

As always no pattern, no YouTube straight out of my mind. This wee dragon has been made out of supersoft Aldi baby yarn 🧶 & will hopefully bring years of joy. He also has safety eyes which I've made sure are tightly secure & I've so washed him in the machine to test that durability & swung him about a fair bit to toddler test him 😜

On the flip side.

I haven't done much this last week I've been so poorly. I've had such a bad throat/chest infection that it seems to have been going on for over a month. One set of antibiotics hasn't worked & the Dr said I've now got to endure 2 weeks of phlegm & snot! It's not glamorous but it is what it is 😭

Ok, so I wanted both wings done & they were, however, wing two wasn’t the same so I have unpicked it twice. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🧶

I know it’s been forever, but the summer holidays are always the busiest time for me and my family. I haven’t done much this summer, but it seems like I have, if that makes any sense at all. Maybe age is creeping up on me quicker than I ever expected it to.
Anyway come September I shall try again to become more pro active in my posting 🧶

It turns out July is busier than I expected! I'm still plodding alone with the dragon 🐉 for my little chosen nephew 💚 it may take a little time before he's finished, but I don't need to rush him.

I've been diagnosed with my 3rd chronic illness so it seems like im collecting these like Pokémon now 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ gotta keep a sense of humour right?

I've also had the privilege of seeing my best friend pick her wedding dress for next year. “She said yes to the dress” moment was amazing 💒💞

Anyway, I hope you're all keeping well much love Vikky 😘
