Belvoir Castle is launching a beautiful new wellness studio, and Her Grace, the Duchess of Rutland, is creating a space where you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a truly calming, restorative experience.
Today offered a wonderful little taster of some of the experiences to come. From the moment you arrived, there was a real sense of tranquillity and anticipation for what this new wellness offering will bring.
And the sound bath in the Ballroom was simply sublime. Lying beneath the magnificent surroundings of the Castle, allowing the beautiful sounds and vibrations to wash over you, was a truly serene experience.
A very special glimpse of what promises to be a wonderful new chapter for wellness at Belvoir Castle.

August was a total break from social media and I loved it. Today, with a rare afternoon off, I have had a go at pastry instead of painting!
