So I chose Aubusson Blue & Barcelona Orange both by with a little bit of stencil work. This piece already had ‘good bones’ but I wanted the inside to shine too. I might add more detail but for now I am going to sit back and let it ‘stand’ for awhile. What are you painting this week?

What an absolute giggle of a week and such a wonderful Friday Night find…. A quick scroll through Facebook marketplace unearthed this art deco treasure. A quick messenger chat secured the deal but how to get it in the back of my car? Problem solved as it was only being sold by my next door neighbour!!!! How spooky. Now to decide on paint colours.
